Delete your account
Operational guide. The scope of deletion and data retention, retention periods and final legal text are pending review by legal advisers. This page does not replace that information.
From the app
- Sign in and open Settings → Account.
- Go to the account deletion area and enter your current password.
- Select “Delete account” and read the confirmation notice.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation and select “Delete account” to continue.
The app asks you to confirm an irreversible action. If you do not want to continue, cancel the confirmation.
If you are the only president of a club, the app stops deletion and shows the affected club. You must first transfer the presidency to someone else.
Check the result shown in the app. If an error appears, the request has not completed successfully; do not assume the account has been deleted.
Before confirming
Review the notice in the app and ask about any data you need to keep. This guide does not promise immediate deletion of every record, file or backup.
Retention details and final legal text must be completed with legal advisers before public launch.
If you cannot sign in
You can request help with deletion by writing from your account’s email address to [email protected].
Do not send your password by email.
