Not open yet, and paid when it is
There is no free beta and no open trial. We would rather finish the app with a couple of clubs using it for real and launch with a clear price than give away a season and change the rules afterwards. A club planning its budget in June needs to know the number, not find it out later.

Why per team and per season
An amateur club does not budget by the month: it sets its fees once a year. And charging per player punishes the club that moves the most people, which is exactly the one this helps most.

What happens to your club’s data
It belongs to the club, it leaves with the club, and taking it with you does not depend on still paying. A club that decides to leave should be able to walk out with its season in a readable file, not beg for it.

- Consent is stored with its text, its language and its fingerprint, as evidence
- Minors join through their guardian, with no credentials created for the child

What the price covers, with no small print
There is no basic plan and no advanced plan, and no module that unlocks by paying extra. A club paying for its team gets everything that is built, and whatever gets built next.

What Squadra doesn’t do, said here and not in month two
Better you know before you pay. These four come up often and the answer is no, at least today.
- It doesn’t take payments: it records who has paid, but the money doesn’t pass through here
- It doesn’t push to the phone yet: notices live inside the app
- A club is one sport: rugby or American football, not both at once
- Only fees and treasury export, plus your own personal data

The season fee, the licence, the coach to an away game and the fine for whoever lost the kit are different things, and in a spreadsheet they end up as one column with colours.

Money coming in is half the accounts. The other half is referees, insurance, kit and the pitch rental, plus the budget you agreed on at the September meeting.
